An effective QC checklist helps clear up any confusion surrounding product requirements. Material of Construction check, Marking & Labeling, Color requirements, Weight & Dimensions are fully complied as per quality check procedures.
The products are passed through various stages of quality check as per the QC policy. The testing procedures and tolerances are maintained thoroughly as per quality standards. After testing the product is stamped as "PASS" and final test reports are generated.
Any manufacturing defects found are further transfered to defect classification section and are rejected at QC level check level. After complete check and test the products are further sent to next level after inspection report are approved.
At the time of Packing, complete care is taken about any damages. Marking and labeling are done as per quality policy or customer's instruction request. Heavier products are packed in a way that prevents the cartons or wooden box from being crushed when stacked.
Our quality support team responds promptly to our customers for providing test reports as and when required.
Third party inspection is provided based on customer's request and final test reports are generated through them.
