Plunger Pump

A metering pump moves a precise volume of liquid in a specified time period providing an accurate volumetric flow rate. Delivery of fluids in precise adjustable flow rates is sometimes called metering. Many metering pumps are piston-driven. Piston pumps are positive displacement pumps which can be designed to pump at practically constant flow rates (averaged over time) against a wide range of discharge pressure, including high discharge pressures of thousands of psi.

Centrifugal Pump

Centrifugal pumps are used to transport fluids by the conversion of rotational kinetic energy to the hydrodynamic energy of the fluid flow. The fluid enters the pump impeller along or near to the rotating axis and is accelerated by the impeller, flowing radially outward into a diffuser or volute chamber (casing), from which it exits. Common uses include water, sewage, agriculture, petroleum and petrochemical pumping. Centrifugal pumps are often chosen for their high flow rate capabilities, abrasive solution compatibility, mixing potential, as well as their relatively simple engineering.

Multistage Centrifugal Pump

Multistage centrifugal pumps have multiple liquid chambers (or stages) that are connected in series. Fluid enters the first chamber at suction line pressure and leaves at some elevated pressure. Upon leaving the first stage, the fluid enters the second stage where the pressure is increased further. The more stages the pump has, the higher the final discharge pressure. These pumps have the unique ability to produce higher and higher pressures with the addition of every stage, but flow range always remains constant for a given rpm. There are a couple different types of multistage pumps. Those with a horizontal shaft, and those with a vertical shaft.

FRP / GRP Storage Tank

FRP / GRP Tanks are most commonly constructed of non-reinforced concrete, but also of polyethylene and steel. A tank which is structurally strong, corrosion-resistant, watertight, lightweight and easy to install. Due to the corrosion resistant nature of FRP, the tank can be made entirely from the composite, or a second liner can be used. In either case, the inner liner is made using different material properties than the structural portion.

Pneumatic Control Valve

A valve which regulates the flow of a fluid. It is remotely operated as the correcting unit of an automatic control system. The actuator is operated by compressed air. In the first context, a pneumatic valve is a device that is used to control or modulate the flow of air (or another inert gas) in a pneumatic system. They do so by controlling the air or gas at the source, regulating its passage as needed into tubing, pipes, or devices in an automated pneumatic system.
